Where does Taizjo ship? Do you ship internationally?

Why, yes we do! We ship Worldwide via EasyShip (please visit www.taizjo.com for international orders). If you're in Malaysia, Free Shipping to West MY is available till end Feb 2020.

How much will my shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders in West Malaysia till 29 Feb 2020. 
Shipping costs below SGD150 will be calculated based on region for Malaysia:

West Malaysia: RM 5.50 (4-6 working days)

East Malaysia (Sarawak): RM 7.70 (5-7 working days) 

East Malaysia (Labuan & Sabah): RM 8.20 (5-7 working days)

 

When will my order arrive?
Processing of your order will be made within 1-2 business days. Please see above for shipping times. You'll be email-notified with a tracking number once your package is on the way!

 

What is your exchange and return policy?
Exchanges or refunds are only accepted if your item arrived faulty or it is a different item than the one you purchased. If eligible, please provide your order number upon sending your request to us. Please note we will not entertain requests for exchanges due to wrong phone model ordered by the customer.

 

I received a faulty item.
Oh no! Please contact us at hello@taizjo.com with your order number, the product name of the faulty item and the description of the fault with photos.

 

I received an incorrect item.
Let us resolve this for you as soon as we can. Email us at hello@taizjo.com with your order number and photo of the received item, and we will help resolve this issue as quickly as we can. Please ensure that the received item is still in its original packaging.
